Our mission is to promote diversity by building cultural and charitable ties
between the UK and countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus

Our Story

  • 2010

    CASF started out as 200-people concert
    of Central Asian music and dance and united Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

  • 2011

    First time we held a networking reception after the concert

  • 2012

    Kyrgyzstan has joined CASF.
    First coverage by the national media in the region.
    Winner of Eurovision was one of CASF’s performers

  • 2013

    Tajikistan and Tatarstan have joined CASF.
    First time the event was held in a festival format, and it snowed!

  • 2014

    First time the event was held outdoors.
    Attracted our first external full-event sponsorship.
    A record 1 500 people attended the event

  • 2015

    A record 2,000 people attended the Festival
    First sports tournament (tatarcha koresh)
    Registered as a non-for-profit organization

  • 2016

    Ongoing preparation work for CASF 2016 on March 20th
    In the process of registering as a UK Charity
    Establishing CASF Side Projects and CASF Merchandising
